 INFORMATION AND GENERAL TERMS

Anything expressly stated in the description of the hotel (or catalogue);

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking confirmation: you can verify availability for every single hotel, requesting a quotation online, and if it meets your requirements you can send a booking request option, your booking will then be held in our reservations system for 48 hours, within which time the deposit must be paid by bank transfer or postal order in accordance with the instructions that will be supplied to you by e-mail, the bank coordinates for payment of the deposit, equal to 25% of the total amount, will be specified in the same e-mail. On receipt of payment, a voucher with details of your booking will be sent to your address.
If the deposit is not paid within 48 hours, the booking will be cancelled automatically. In the event that the 48-hour period has expired and you wish to restore the option, please contact us at 0039.0963.663181 and we will be happy to restore your booking (subject to availability)
Balance: the deposit requested for holiday homes is 30%, with the balance to be paid on arrival at the agency before the keys are handed over, whilst for hotel accommodation (Hotels, Holiday Villages, etc.) the balance must be paid 15 days before arrival, send a copy of the payment by fax to 0963.665821 and we will send you the voucher to present to the hotel on your arrival.

VERY IMPORTANT:
 always specify the booking number given to you by our booking office on the postal order or bank transfer, or write the period and name of the hotel booked.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Accommodation is usually ready in the early afternoon and must be left free on the morning of the date of departure, for details refer to the description of every hotel.


BEDS BOOKED

The number of people must NEVER exceed the number agreed upon, including children.

Only accepted if allowed by the facility and communicated before booking;

 from 25  to 15 days before your arrival    30%
 from 14 to 09 days before your arrival    50%
 from 08 to 04 days before your arrival    75%
 up to 03 days before your arrival             100%


 CANCELLATION PENALTY (Holiday Homes)

 from  to 18 days before your arrival    10%
 from 18 to 12 days before your arrival    25%
 up to 12 days before your arrival              30%

To avoid any unpleasant situations, we recommend that you purchase an insurance policy covering cancellation; click on the insurance policy link   www.filodiretto.it/site/partners/tropea/index.html and follow the instructions.
Cancellation requests must be made in advance by telephone and then confirmed in writing by e-mail or fax, verbal cancellation alone will not be accepted. In addition, if the structure corresponds to the description shown in our catalogue or web site, Old Dream Viaggi e Turismo cannot be held responsible if you remain unsatisfied and it is not obliged to change the structure or to provide a refund

LEGAL DISPUTES
Any legal disputes will fall within the jurisdiction of the courts in Vibo Valentia
