Located in a well-served and peaceful area on the promontory of Cape Vatican, a short walk away from S. Nicolò town centre. The apartments are named after the owner, who also runs a small restaurant and bar located on the ground floor of the building, which adds to the service provided.

LOCATION

15 apartments located in Cape Vatican, just 800 metres away from the small town of San Nicolò and 1.5 km away from the beautiful Bay of Grotticelle; a short car journey will take you to the other beaches, which are just a few hundred metres away and are all public beaches with white sand and spectacular landscapes. The beautiful town of Tropea is just 10 km away, the area is served by local restaurants, pizzerias, markets and butchers, there is a chemist's store 3 km away, an emergency medical service 3 km away and a casualty department 8 km away.

APARTMENTS

The 15 apartments are subdivided as follows:
SMALL TWO-ROOMED APARTMENTS: a double bedroom, a lounge with a kitchenette and a bathroom, only for couples;
TWO-ROOMED APARTMENTS: sleeping up to 5 people, they have a double bedroom, a lounge with a kitchenette and a bathroom;
THREE-ROOMED APARTMENTS; sleeping up to 6/7 people, they have two double bedrooms, a lounge with a kitchenette and a bathroom.
All of the apartments have a courtyard or veranda, are airy, well-furnished and are equipped with every comfort, they have a plentiful supply of water and parking in a car park with automated gates.

OUR OPINION

Well-furnished and comfortable, suitable for couples or families looking for an informal and comfortable holiday, the beaches are all within easy reach by car, and for guests arriving by train or air, the train station is 100 metres away whilst the bus stop, for buses to Tropea and the shuttle service to Grotticelle beach, is 200 metres away.

Angolo Di Paradiso

An annexe of the Heaven aparthotel, composed of 9 apartments, located just 800 metres away from S.Maria beach, in a raised position overlooking the Strait of Sicily and the Aeolian Islands; three of the apartments are slightly disadvantaged as they are not overlooking the sea, but they are all light and airy. They are about 500 metres away from the Heaven aparthotel and guests can use all of the facilities offered there (swimming pool, entertainment and a shuttle service to/from the beach) at no extra cost.

LOCATION:

They are located on the promontory of Cape Vatican, just 10 km away from Tropea, in an area well-served by markets, restaurants and all types of shops; there is a chemist's store 3 km away, an emergency medical service 3 km away and a casualty department 10 km away. The courtyard houses a sitting area with a small children's playground.

APARTMENTS

There are 9 three-roomed apartments sleeping 4 or 6 people, composed of two double bedrooms, a lounge/kitchen with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower; all of the ground floor apartments have an equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer and an oven.

OUR OPINION

The accommodation was built in the year 2000, the location is peaceful and convenient, the beaches can be reached in 5 minutes by car, the apartments are large and comfortable and are ideal for two couples or groups of 4 people, and guests looking for entertainment can use the services provided in the Heaven aparthotel at no extra cost.

Eight terraced apartments, built in Cape Vatican (Tono area) in May 2002, four on the ground floor and four on the first floor; surrounded by parkland, about 1 km away from the sea, close to the beautiful "Praia i Focu" beach. The apartments have high quality furnishings and are about 1.5 km away from Grotticelle beach and 1 km away from the town centre.

LOCATION

The apartments are located in a peaceful and relaxing position in the Tono area of Cape Vatican, just 1 km away from the Praia di Fuoco beach and 1.5 km away from Grotticelle Bay, in the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, pizzerias, a disco, markets and all types of shops, the closest town is San Nicolò di Ricadi, just 1.5 km away, the chemist's store is 3 km away, the closest casualty department is 9 km away, the train station is 1 km away and the bus stop for Tropea is 700 metres away.

OUR OPINION

The apartments are new and well-furnished, the location may leave guests without a car at a disadvantage, the prices are very competitive and it has an excellent quality-price ratio. Suitable for both families and groups of friends looking for a holiday that will allow them to discover the true nature of the area.

Nelcentro del carinissimo paese di Santa Domenica di Ricadi,a soli 3chilometri dalla bella Tropea e 6 km da Capo Vaticano, la zona èservita di qualsiasi genere di negozi,supermercati, bar, gelaterie,discoteche, pizzerie, banca, ecc.., la farmacia dista 500 mt, il prontosoccorso e guardia medica a 2 chilometri. Dista dal mare circa 800metri, raggiungibile sia a piedi ( 1.500 metri), o in macchina in menodi 5 minuti .

Due appartamenti nuovissimi al secondo piano. Uno lato mare e l'altro lato monte.
Trilocale lato mare:composto da cucina con balcone lato mare e finestra lato monte, unacamera da letto matrimoniale con balcone lato mare e una camera daletto matrimoniale con 2 finestre lato monte, ampio bagno con doccia efinestra. Tutte la camere sono ampie, luminose e ben arredate.
Trilocale lato monte:composto da cucina con finestra, una camera da letto matrimoniale conbalcone lato monte e una camera con due lettini singoli e balcone,bagno con doccia e finestra. Tutte la camere sono ampie, luminose e benarredate.
Entrambi gli appartamenti hanno TV a schermo piatto in cucina.
